5 x 6.5 inches blue U.S. 2 cent stamped envelope with navy print and the company logo (front shown). Detroit, MI:
Michigan Stove
, 1893. Single blue envelope printed both sides. Back has a graphic of their
huge stove
recreated as the focal point of their exhibit in the
Manufactures Building
(shown). Envelope has been slit at top and the contents removed.

Supplemental Information:
The big stove was such a
hit at the Fair
that Detroit took it back after the Fair closed, and displayed it at their
State Fair (shown). Later the Stove was located at headquarters (shown).
Some maintenance was required like painting (shown). I also found an image of the Stove exhibit taken in 2009 (shown). Unfortunately, a storm delivered a
lighting strike
to the Stove in 2011 and its wood side panels burned to the ground and was never rebuilt.

- Condition: Excellent; Canceled US 2 Cent. Blue envelope with logo front and WCE display on back side (shown). Was opened at the top and no contents inside. Color ad card with bright colors and graphic of stove on back shows edge wear, 2 bends, and gently rounded corners (shown).
