    Jaguar gear shift knob with green MOP inlays + chrome leaping cat set flush beneath OEM finish. This is the professional coating system, same as Jaguar dashboards etc.
    Direct screw-on replacement--M8 x 1.25 threaded for all 1988-2009 automatic transmission XJ6, XJ8, XJR, Vanden Plas/Super V8, S-Type & X-Type sedans, XJS 1991, 1994-96, XK8 1997-2006, XK 2007-2008, XKR 2000-2008. Instructions included.
    It's worth noting that while all finished/polished wood shift knobs can look very attractive in photos, there is no industry standard for these parts when you by online. A lot of DIY grade products get shuffled about on sites like eBay, some of which are even faux finished “wood look”. These all-too similar looking items are simply not the same quality.
