New design with more flexible but strong clips and better finish. There is a small flat spot on the bottom of the button in order to print cleanly. Without this the button becomes out of round.
This is designed to fit just like OEM with clips. These are printed in black PETG a material similar to what bottles are made of. Unlike other sellers these are printed in a way that makes the clips much stronger and more flexible. Many other sellers designs break the clips upon install.
PETG will not melt in a hot car like the buttons others are selling.
* These are 3D Printed and as such will have the common 3D printing artifacts associated with it. Since the button is printed in an orientation to make the clips very durable (the original issue) the support material underneath may leave marks where you don't see anyway. I just wanted people to be aware of this and temper expectations before ordering. There are other alternatives I have seen such as a billet button sold by another seller which you may consider if you are looking for something with a perfect finish *
