Exchange or refund

All Exchange or Refund has to be made within 3 days from the date that item is shown as delivered by tracking status.
Please email us first and let us know that you would like to return your purchase for an exchange or refund.
The returned item must be safely packed, and insured, and buyer is responsible for the S&H cost of the returned item.  The returned item must be received within 7days from the date that item is shown as delivered by tracking status.
Once the returned item is received in new, sealed box condition, we will process the exchange or refund per request.
For exchange, you will be invoiced for the difference of exchange where applicable. Initial shipping is not refundable.
