Dietz Lantern No.100 Special- stamped" City of Portland" with Red Glass Globe

Vintage Dietz Lantern No. 100 with "Property of Portland" stamped in the metal. The paint is in very good condition with some spots of minor rusting. The wick is original and the flame adjuster works as intended. It has no wheel, but a flatten metal end for flame adjustment. The globe is original and has "Little Wizard LOC-NOB" raised embossing on the red globe. The inside looks superb as though little or no fuel was ever put in to the lantern. The globe riser works well and all the protective wire is in good condition as well. This has to be one of the nicest vintage Dietz we have ever found. Other than the minimal paint loss and slight rust, this is in like new condition. Very nice example of a Dietz lantern.
