is recommended for use with golf shaft puller/extractors to prevent damage to the golf club when removing the shaft from the head. It has two openings that
will

ccommodate standard
golf
shaft
diameters
of .335 to .370.
Prior to using the hosel protector, r
emove the plastic ferrule from the golf club
. The hosel protector is then placed around the golf shaft
using the closest
size
that matches the shaft.
Heat is then applied to the golf club hosel and pressure is applied with the puller/extractor to remove the shaft.
