Very Nice 1995 Federal Reserve star Note. This note is a Star
Note with the Serial # F 03792716*.
This note is from the Atlanta
Federal Reserve Bank. This note is part of the "Independence
Note Series 1995." It has sharp colors and strong features.
This note is in UNC condition and
comes in the original BEP packaging.
Thomas Jefferson, third U.S. President and author of the Declaration of Independence, is featured on the face of the note. The engraved portrait was based on a Gilbert Stuart painting of Thomas Jefferson in the early 1800's. The back design of the note is an engraved reproduction of the painting. "The Signing of the Declaration of Independence," by John Trumbull.
This note is unique in that it is a Star Note. Star Notes replace notes from regular production for a variety of reasons such as research, testing, or because of damage. A Star Note is distinguished by a star in lieu of a suffix letter at the end of its serial number.
